Vienna-Billy Joel.
Slow down you crazy child
You're so ambitious for a juvenile
But then if you're so smart tell me why you are still so afraid?
Where's the fire, what's the hurry about?
You better cool it off before you burn it out
You got so much to do and only so many hours in a day
But you know that when the truth is told
That you can get what you want
Or you can just get old
You're gonna kick off before you even get halfway through
When will you realise...
Vienna waits for you
Slow down you're doing fine
You can't be everything you want to be
Before your time.
Although it's so romantic on the borderline tonight
Too bad but it's the life you lead
You're so ahead of yourself
That you forfeit what you need
Though you can see when you're wrong
You know you can't always see when you're right
You got your passion you got your pride
But don't you know only fools are satisfied?
Dream on but don't imagine they'll all come true
When will you realise...
Vienna waits for you
Slow down you crazy child
Take the phone off the hook and disappear for a while
It's alright you can afford to lose a day or two
When will you realise...
Vienna waits for you
Super lovely song with nice lyrics and melody. Heard it while watching 13 going 30. And it's like a song from the 1970-1980s that period. But yet it sounds so close to what we're actually experiencing nowadays. maybe 20-30 years back ain't that long at all. Another nice song is Ken Hirai's Life is...~another story~. And that song camo from that japanese drama titled say hello to blackjack if I'm not wrong. It's some touching and moving doctor drama. With cute doctor nonetheless. Hohoho. But all the story is really nice except the drama moves abit slow at times. One of the best dramas I watched musta be R-17. So close to reality and yet inspirational in not such a cliched way. As they show you the real life experiences first before telling you life you life to the fullest and look on the bright side of life and those crap. Those are rather irreponsible advices to give to people in trouble. It's easy to say but not always to do and what they really need at that time is comfort and not those rather useless advice that might help them feel better for awhile but the situaton still comes back the next minute. Being positive is not the most important thing but having support to be positive is.
